Who We Are
In 2012, Microtronics Inc., a bespoke manufacturer of photomasks for more than 25 years, became a part of the APPLIED IMAGE family.
The addition of Microtronics, gave APPLIED IMAGE the capability to service the semiconductor, hybrid, and MEMS industries with photomasks and leverage the equipment to manufacture newer, more complex precision-imaged optical components that the optics, photonics, and imaging (OPI) industry needs as well.
This technology, combined with our imaging expertise, state-of-the-art metrology equipment, and glass machining capabilities, gives APPLIED IMAGE and Microtronics a leg up on any other optical components, photomasks, and calibration standards manufacturer.

Microtronics Photomask operates within APPLIED IMAGE’s ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system and ISO 17025:2017 accredited calibration laboratory.
